I’m an organizational consultant and coach. I support companies and individuals undergoing transformations and help them grow through improving relationships.

  • I prefer the relational approach. It means that I view organizational development through the lens of relationships between employees, managers, teams, the company, and through the overall context.

  • I value research. It helps me study the experiences of people and companies without labels or judgment. For me it is important to connect those experiences with existing psychological theories. That is why I reflect on my work a lot, write articles and teach.

I help my clients with:
I conduct strategic sessions, facilitate decision-making sessions and help navigate and support changes that are a constant and important part of any company.
If you are uncertain about what issue you want to resolve I can conduct a preliminary assessment and study the psychological climate in your company, for example.
I interview individuals and groups to identify possible communication problems in a company. I also do research on various topics, such as education trends.
I teach and I have a good grasp on training and development methods. I design and conduct custom corporate learning programs, mostly for managers including C-level and HR or L&D teams.
In addition, I am an entrepreneur who founded
the Lifelong Learning Lab company (LLLab).
I have worked in education for a long time. I have done research on teaching and learning methods, have designed learning experiences and upgraded learning experiences at various schools and universities in Russia.
I am interested in the connection between body movement and mental well-being. So I dance and teach contact improvisation. It enriches my consulting services.
