  • I work with the "human" side of companies: their psychological climate, management, internal communication and culture.
  • I value research. It helps me study the experiences of people and companies without labels or judgment. For me it is important to connect those experiences with existing psychological theories. That is why I reflect on my work a lot, write articles and teach.

I help build learning and development strategies, community-building, and support change at the level of a company or team through strategic sessions or team coaching.

Therapy and coaching

I work as a psychotherapist and coach in a gestalt and movement-oriented approach. You are welcome to come with topics of adaptation in emigration, in moments of navigating personal and professional change and crisis, with depression, anxiety, or other difficult experiences where you are looking for support.
