Solution
We conducted a custom "Redesign It!" course for teachers, learning specialists and program managers. The course was tailored to the needs of the university students.

Participants worked on their own projects both individually and in groups. Projects covered a wide range of topics, from creating a course on scientific journalism to developing a strategy for redesigning a master’s program in innovative marketing.
Results
90% of participants completed the course successfully and presented their projects.
Feedback
"'Redesign It!' is all about transformation and reaching your goals. The course expands our understanding of learning experience design. Even if you think everything is clear and works well, "Redesign it!" will probably help you see weak spots in your course. But don’t worry! You will also learn how to fix them. The course provides you with useful knowledge and inspires you to create something new. Mentor support and individual consultations are powerful tools for those overwhelmed by the amount of new information and the need to perfect their craft."
"This course is especially good for teachers, particularly for younger ones. After the course everything fell into place for me. I used to follow my intuition in some aspects. Now I understand what to do, how to do it and where to use certain methods. I’m especially thankful for the abundance of practical tools in the course. You’ve inspired me to design my own course, which I postponed for a long time! Thank you!"
"Thank you for this course! It has helped me find time and space for creating my own course. My course wasn’t mandatory, so without ‘Redesign It!' I would never have created or even planned it. However, it often felt like we were going in circles, saying the same things in different words. I wish we had dedicated a week to content creation and learning how to produce a video that people would watch, or how to write a script and check if it’s clear. I wish there had been an assignment or materials/handouts about creating content."
"Thank you so much! The course was incredibly interesting and intense! ❤️❤️❤️I am looking forward to your other projects."
