Solution
We conducted a custom "Redesign It!" course for teachers, learning specialists and program managers. The course was tailored to the needs of the university students.
Participants worked on their own projects both individually and in groups. Projects covered a wide range of topics, from creating a course on scientific journalism to developing a strategy for redesigning a master’s program in innovative marketing.

90% of participants completed the course successfully and presented their projects.

"Thank you for this course! It has helped me find time and space for creating my own course. My course wasn’t mandatory, so without ‘Redesign It!' I would never have created or even planned it. However, it often felt like we were going in circles, saying the same things in different words. I wish we had dedicated a week to content creation and learning how to produce a video that people would watch, or how to write a script and check if it’s clear. I wish there had been an assignment or materials/handouts about creating content."
