Solution
- Hold a strategic session to determine the main goals of L&D for all categories of employees.
- Create instructional materials and train the company employees on "Self-Development as a Skill" and "Planning and Holding Strategic Sessions".
- Consult and mentor the head of L&D for 6 months.
