— is a state of long negative stress that leads to energy loss and demotivation. When you experience burnout you feel drained and overwhelmed, like the work you do is not valuable.
How do people communicate at work?
How to spot burnout and what do we mean by it?
When does communication lead to burnout and stress?
What happens and how does your employer react when you ask for support?
I follow a relational approach which means I consider every person to be a part of a relationship system, always communicating with the world.
In group meetings wetry toanswer thefollowing questions.
Here is how people describe burnout. "There’s me, I have a life, and then there’s work. I close my eyes and dive into it and my life stops there. There’s no me, just my function" "I don't have energy to do anything. I don't want to do anything".
In my coaching group meetings we study burnout and work-related stress, seek support and look for ways to resolve tension.

Timing and Conditions
Schedule: Group meets every 2 weeks for 3 months. After 3 months more meetings can be arranged. Duration: 2.5 hours (with a short break).
I follow the relational Gestalt approach. It this case it means:
Phenomenological approach. We will discuss your experience with no judgment, labels or generalization. We will focus on your current situation rather than on goals and desired emotions. They are important too, of course.
Focus on relationships. We will examine your situation as a whole, including your emotional state, human interaction, context etc.
There is a strong belief that coaching deals with professional success while therapy deals with past traumas. But many different coaching modalities and therapeutic approaches prove otherwise.
Therapy and coaching groups have attention, support and authentic communication in common.
In my group meetings we mainly focus on professional careers. We do not address clinical conditions and mental complexities that require therapy.
You can combine therapy and coaching groups and benefit from that!
No, group meetings are confidential and can not be recorded.
You can still apply. If I receive enough requests I will form another group and arrange meetings on a different day. At the weekend, for example.
I have an introductory meeting with all participants. We will discuss your needs and goals and see if working together can be beneficial. At this meeting you can ask any questions and voice your doubts.
After the introductory meeting you make a decision. If you decide to continue and join my group you will need to pay for 6 meetings. You can make 1 or 2 transactions. If you quit after several meetings, I will not be able to refund you, unfortunately. When the group is formed I do not accept new requests.
No, these support groups are designed for working on individual issues. However, you can contact me and we will discuss your request from the point of view of organizational consulting.
