I work with companies and teams using a relational approach — helping implement change through strengthening interaction, coaching, and social learning.
I work online and in person, in Russian and English.

I prefer the relational approach. It means that I view organizational development through the lens of relationships between employees, managers, teams, the company, and through the overall context.

I look at organizational development through the lens of relationships between employees, managers and teams, the company and its broader context. I work with the human side of organizations: psychological climate, management, internal communication, and culture.

Key aspects of my approach

I value research. It helps me study the experiences of people and companies without labels or judgment. For me it is important to connect those experiences with existing psychological theories. That is why I reflect on my work a lot, write articles and teach.

Common requests:

(and creating conditions for it)

I help create communities and practices for knowledge exchange — mentoring systems, workplace learning, peer-to-peer learning.

I work through design sessions with participants, training for community facilitators, and developing managers and internal experts.

Learning Strategy Development

Common requests:

into trends and new approaches for a specific industry

I help build and update learning & development strategies. We identify the goals and formats that actually make sense — including social and experiential approaches.

This might be a strategy session, a diagnostic of existing processes, or exploring trends and adapting them to the company.

The result is a clear L&D strategy and formats that genuinely support people’s development.

Team Coaching & Change Management

into trends and new approaches for a specific industry

I work with teams or individual leaders on specific challenges — navigating change, developing strategy, improving interaction and psychological climate.
